1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Irys IoT, LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through FinishSure websites, accounts, orders, monitoring services, and support.
2. Information collected
We may collect names, business contact information, company and role, account credentials, project and shipping information, floor plans and uploaded files, payment and purchase-order information, device and browser data, IP addresses, communications, and environmental monitoring data. Stripe processes card details; Irys IoT, LLC generally does not receive full card numbers.
3. How information is used
We use information to create accounts, verify email addresses, process orders, ship and recover Equipment, provide dashboards and reports, send alerts, support customers, secure the service, comply with law, improve operations, and enforce agreements.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, email, payments, shipping, mapping, analytics, and IoT services, subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
5. Cookies and technical data
FinishSure may use session cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and basic analytics. Disabling required cookies may prevent portal use.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, maintain business and acceptance records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No internet or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Customer choices
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting info@finishsure.com, subject to legal, contractual, security, and record-retention requirements.
9. Children
FinishSure is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
